We are looking for a skilled Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.
Ultimately, it is the duty of our Servers to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Lively and friendly personality
- Needs to be energetic and quick on their feet
- Proven work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with a cash register and ordering information system (e.g. MICROS POS)
- Basic math skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills. Ability to clearly and fluently communicate in English and Kiswahili (speak, read, write).
- Team spirit - willingness to assist as required
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attentiveness and awareness to Cleanliness and Hygiene is a must
- Flexibility to work in shifts and able to work on weekends and holidays
- Min KCPE grade C; food safety training is a plus
- Be able to follow instructions, company procedures and policies
